These terms and conditions and legal information (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") regulate the use and access to the website secur0.com (hereinafter, referred to as the "Website"), owned by HACK 4 BOUNTY, SL, (hereinafter, interchangeably, "Secur0" or the "Responsible Party").

Secur0 informs Users that it complies with current data protection regulations, and in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 34/2002, of 11 July.

RESPONSIBILITY IN THE PROVISION OF TELEMATIC SERVICES

Secur0 has the responsibility to maintain the Website in good working order, carrying out appropriate maintenance and updates during the term of the commercial relationship. In the event of detecting a critical error, Secur0 undertakes to carry out all necessary maintenance tasks to remedy it immediately and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days.

Secur0 will not be responsible for any indirect damage, except when such damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by Secur0 under the terms described in the previous paragraph.

INDEPENDENCE OF CLAUSES

If any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions were null and void or voidable, it shall be deemed not to exist. Such declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the Terms and Conditions, which will maintain their validity and effectiveness.

The validity, execution and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all their aspects by Spanish laws.
