About Secur0
At Secur0 we are building Spain's largest network of ethical hackers. We connect more than 2,500 hackers with companies that want to find vulnerabilities before they are exploited, through bug bounty programs, collaborative pentesting and AI agent audits. We are one of the few CNAs (CVE Numbering Authorities) accredited by MITRE in the country.
Our platform brings together two very different profiles: highly technical hackers who demand speed and precision, and corporate security leads who need to assess risk at a glance.
About the role
You will be the second person on the design team. There is more product than hands, and decisions that need to be made today. We are looking for someone with strong execution skills and independence to design real product from the first month, working directly with product, engineering and the founders.
What you'll do
- Design flows and screens end to end, from problem definition to developer handoff.
- Run continuous UX research through interviews with hackers and clients, usability testing and usage data analysis.
- Evolve and maintain our design system in Figma (components, tokens and documentation).
- Prototype quickly to validate ideas before investing development time.
- Work closely with engineering and product in technical discussions instead of just receiving tasks.
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day work to speed up research, generate variations or prototype.
Minimum requirements
- A portfolio with at least one complete digital product case study, detailing the problem, hypotheses, decisions made and what was discarded.
- Strong command of Figma (auto layout, variables, components with properties and prototyping).
- Previous experience using, extending or building a design system.
- Solid UX fundamentals to plan research and usability tests without introducing bias.
- Ownership and independence to tackle ill-defined problems, ask the right questions and propose solutions without constant supervision.
- Ability to work in a startup environment with fast decisions and iterative learning.
- Fluent Spanish and technical-level English for reading documentation.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge to understand the technical feasibility of your proposals.
- AI tools integrated into your design workflow, knowing when they add value and when they don't.
- Interest in cybersecurity or technical tools.
- Some experience with motion, illustration or visual direction.
Where and how we work
- Location: Hybrid in Madrid (2 or 3 remote days per week).
- Team dynamics: Small team, direct communication with the founders and real impact from day one.
Salary range: €20,000 - €24,000 gross per year. Professional development plan within a growing technical team.
